Archtivism is a business plan conceptualized for an advanced professional practice course taken in the spring of 2017. The company is developed around a personal desire to use architecture in a positive and encouraging way in my hometown of Parkersburg, WV. Using a business plan of architect as developer/ philanthropist, the company rolls over profits from owning part of each project into new projects focused around community development and growth. An in-depth proforma was generated to understand possible costs and profits of pursuing such a business as well as possible impacts it might have on a community that has little experience with design.​
