With a focus on programming, the Cultural Heritage Center was designed for the small town of West Liberty, Kentucky. After being ravaged by tornadoes, the town needed a place to attract tourists as well space appropriate for rebuilding community. Reflecting on the town’s past, the cultural heritage center blends varying programming together in a design appealing to residents and tourists alike.
